Appetizers

Soup du Jour                                      $4.25
     An enticingly delicious soup made fresh daily by the chef.

Spinach Dip                                      $7.50
     A chilled blend of spinach, water chestnuts, cream cheese and sour cream, served with toasted pita points.

Crab Cakes                                        $9.25
     Two pan fried Lump crab cakes served on a bed of fresh spinach with a sweet corn remoulade.

Kentucky Beer Cheese                       $6.95
     House made beer cheese, served with warm pretzel bread.

Fried Green Tomatoes                       $8.25
     Cornmeal dusted green tomatoes with a country ham and cream cheese mousse, topped with scallions and sweet tomato chutney.         

Lobster and Corn Fritters                 $9.25
     Sweet lobster and shoepeg corn fritters fried golden brown and served with a spicy remoulade sauce .

Salads

Classic Caesar Salad                          $8.25
     Fresh romaine tossed with our Caesar dressing and served with parmesan, garlic croutons and shredded parmesan cheese…and we like the anchovies.

Hot Slaw                                           $3.95
     Thinly sliced fresh cabbage, with our own sweet and sour dressing and topped with applewood cured bacon.

Spinach Salad                                  $8.25
Fresh spinach topped with chopped egg, bacon, mushrooms & red onion rings served with warm bacon dressing.          

Super Chilled Iceberg Wedge               $7.50
     This well chilled wedge is served with applewood cured bacon bits, tomatoes, chives, bleu cheese crumbles and our house made Maytag Bleu Cheese dressing.

BLT Salad                                         $8.25
     Three field greens tossed in ranch dressing with Parmesan cheese, diced tomatoes and chopped applewood cured bacon. 

House Salad                                      $4.75
     Mixed greens and sliced grape tomatoes topped with English cucumbers and your choice of dressing.

Top any salad with chicken or shrimp

Sandwiches
All sandwiches are accompanied by garden garnishes and served with Tater Babies and cabbage slaw.

The Tousey Burger                             $8.75
     A char-grilled burger grilled with your choice of white cheddar or American cheese, served on a toasted bun.

Halibut Sandwich                              $12.95
     Hand cut and gently rolled in our seasoned flour and fried to a golden finish.  Served on rye with our secret tartar sauce.

Reuben on Rye                                    $7.95
     Lean thin-sliced corned beef topped with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and remoulade dressing, grilled on thick-sliced marble rye bread.        

Ribeye Steak Sandwich                    $11.75
     This hand cut steak is as tender as a mother’s love.  Seasoned, grilled and served on rye bread.

Grilled Breast of Chicken                   $8.95
     A plump breast of chicken, topped with zesty barbeque sauce, applewood cured bacon slices and Swiss cheese.

The Club Classic                       $7.95
A classic double-decker loaded with sliced turkey breast, bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.

Entrées  
All entrées include two side items and warm supper bread.

Filet Mignon                           $24.75
     Choice center-cut tenderloin of beef, pan seared and served with crispy onions straws.

New York Strip Steak               $23.50
     This mouth watering cut of beef is fully trimmed and served with crispy onions straws.

Ribeye Steak                              $22.75
     A very flavorful steak!  Hand cut, lightly seasoned and grilled to your taste, served with crispy onion straws.

All steaks can be served the following sauces for an additional $2.00:
Bordelaise, Wild mushroom red wine reduction, Maker’s Mark butter
or
Black and Bleu (Blackened steak topped with Maytag bleu cheese).

Alaskan Halibut                         $24.95
     Our halibut is served gratinee style.  That is, topped with crab meat, artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, then baked to a golden brown. 

Atlantic Salmon                          $18.50
     There are so many ways to prepare salmon that we have chosen to prepare ours differently each month.  Your server will give you details.

Walleye Pike                                $18.95
     Dusted with seasoned flour and pan seared to a golden brown, served with a lemon butter.

Glazed Pork Chop                          $17.50
     A large bone-in, French cut chop; grilled and basted with ancho-raspberry glaze, with crispy onion straws.

Fried Chicken                                $16.25
     The real thing…yes sir!  Four pieces of fresh chicken gently rolled in our secret herbed flour then fried just right.  May take some time…but it’s worth the wait!

Pan Roasted Breast of Chicken            $16.95
     A plump breast of chicken with wing filled with Boursin cheese and finished in a roasted garlic pan jus.

Specialties
All specialties include a house salad and choice of dressing.

Tousey Hot Brown                             $13.95
     A Kentucky favorite our way…Oven roasted turkey, Prosciutto ham, with melted cheese and house made light mornay sauce over toasted points.  Topped with applewood cured bacon and tomato…a real winner.

Tousey’s Pasta                                                $12.95
     Linguini tossed with garlic, tomatoes, and grilled asparagus.  This light fare is a delicious dish! 

With grilled chicken……….plus $4.00
With sautéed shrimp………..plus $6.00

Southern Comfort  (A.K. A. Chicken and Dumplings)        $16.95
     Sheer delight in this plate.  A pan seared breast of chicken with wing, served with dumplings, carrots, and cream gravy.
